Welcome!

Welcome to our www.littleblacktail.org site. The public areas are everything you can see by just going to the website.  For only our HOA members we have additional information like our budget, minutes, and a map with everyone's name.  To access this information, go to the websites home page and sign up as a member first.   To sign up, you click on request member access in the right hand column of the home page. Please include your name and lot number.  A pop up form (short form will come up) and once you complete the form and it is processed, than you will be an official member of the website.  Please include your name and lot number.  You will be asked to create a username and password.  Only you will have access to this information so please keep this available when using the site.

Once you are an official member of the site you will be able to access public and private sections of the site by going to the left column of the home page and signing in with your username and password.  Our board plans on using this site to send emails to members regarding upcoming assessment reminders, newsletters, and any other pertinent information.
